Short Bio

I love to make jewelry - It is my way to express my creativity! My goal is to create a piece that is just a little different.

Statement

What do you do when you are feeling creative?  I make jewelry. I just love taking a sheet of silver or other metal, combining it with a gemstone, add some texture, or forming it to make something beautiful.  Each piece is a labor of love.  I hope that when you find that special piece, that it tells the world that you are unique.

Biography

When I started to think about my retirement, I thought I would need a hobby to fulfill my creative urge.  I thought
jewelry making would be fun and would not require much space.  Little did I know that today, my second bedroom and
my garage would be totally full with all my tools and supplies.  It has. been a fun adventure. My work started with
beading, on to metal clay and finally to traditional silversmith work.  Today I continue to use all these techniques in various
combinations.  My work has been featured in BeadStyle Magazine.  I have received several honorable mentions at the
Marin County Fair.  I currently have inventory on display at 4th Street Fine Art Gallery in Berkeley.
